• Your internet address is captured when adding a comment, organisation or petition. This information is used to prevent multiple submissions.

Why do we collect your information?

When you submit a comment for any organisation, we ask for your contact information. This information is sent to the organisation choosen with the intent of them contacting you directly to solve your problem. We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to the Website.

Sign Up Form

The signup form requires your company name, contact person, telephone number and email address. All other information is optional. This information is purely used for internal purposes and with the intent of contacting you.

Organisation Information

As a member of the Service Excellence Campaign, you consent in the displaying of your organisation's information and contact information for public view including exposure to good and bad comments accepted by the Service Excellence webmaster. You may at any time change this information which includes the removal of certain details from your organisation.
